Star Trek LaserDisc/VHS transporter artwork recreation (1980s)

Vector recreation of the TOS transporter pad art used on the old LaserDisc and VHS covers. I started this last June, but then forgot about it and only just finished it up!

I'm originally familiar with this art from the UK VHS releases in the 80s, but as I learned when researching that it must have originally been created for the LaserDisc covers. If you look down the right-hand side of the UK covers you can see that some other part of the art has been cut and paste there to cover up what should be the edge of the next transporter pad. It looks really strange, but I had never noticed until I started looking more closely.
