USS Sequoia, mobile support station original Star Trek starship

Very much still a work-in-progress, this is a design idea I've had in my pocket for a long time as a TNG-era spiritual successor to the Galaxy-class. I wondered what a smaller TOS version might look like and was pleasantly surprised!

Canopy-class: A mobile space station that can be rapidly deployed to regions that need support. Excellent medical facilities, but very limited R&R.
