Vintage USS Enterprise illustration & Star Trek logo (1971)

A retro-styled illustration of the classic USS Enterprise blasting an asteroid apart with its phasers. Created with Affinity Designer.

The inspiration for this art was from a series of collectable cards that came with cigarette sweets sold in England in 1971. I also recreated the logo used on their packaging. Two for the price of one!

The key inspiration for my art came from the collectable cards that came with the sweets. I took my colours from a piece of art by Morris Scott Dollens and used the familiar promo photo of the 3ft Enterprise as reference for a more accurate silhouette.
